This program promotes safe and healthy work environments by establishing and enforcing regulations while addressing complaints regarding unsafe conditions and whistleblower retaliation.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or submit a complaint online. While complaints can be made anonymously, providing a signed complaint increases the likelihood of an onsite inspection. Whistleblower complaints must be submitted to OSHA within 30 calendar days of the retaliatory action being communicated to the employee.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this process.
