This initiative provides home-based counseling, parenting education, and case management aimed at helping families formulate tailored service plans. It offers guidance on child development, parent-child bonding, and overall wellness, while also connecting participants to community resources such as substance use counseling, services for interpersonal violence, and early education assistance.
Intake Procedure: Families must be referred to the program by a CPS social worker or another professional.
Fees: There is no charge for this service.
