This initiative features a gardening program within schools that combines nutrition education and natural sciences with practical agricultural tasks. It includes lessons on garden-based science, plant propagation, composting, harvesting for school meals, and crafting with garden materials. Students from Kindergarten to 4th grade participate in weekly 50-minute classes, while preschoolers also benefit from regular visits by the garden educator.
