This initiative provides mediation services for families with teens, socio-emotional workshops, and coaching in conflict resolution to aid both youth and parents in handling interpersonal disagreements. It also includes support for behavioral and mental health, education on emotional awareness, and training in communication skills to help prevent conflicts from escalating.
