This service operates a 24/7 hotline dedicated to reporting abuse or neglect of elder individuals (aged 60 and above) and dependent adults (aged 18-59, including cases of self-neglect). Upon receiving reports, trained staff conduct assessments and formulate plans aimed at safeguarding the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of the clients. The program provides protection for adults facing risks such as physical harm, sexual abuse, inadequate nutrition, dehydration, untreated health issues, improper medication use, abandonment, or general neglect.
