This service operates a 24/7 hotline dedicated to reporting abuse or neglect involving elderly individuals (aged 60 and above) and dependent adults (aged 18-59, including cases of self-neglect). Upon receiving reports, the staff conducts investigations and formulates plans aimed at safeguarding the rights, interests, safety, and overall welfare of the clients. The program provides protection for adults facing or at risk of various issues, including physical harm, sexual abuse, inadequate nutrition, dehydration, untreated medical conditions, misuse of medications, abandonment, or general neglect.

Fees: No fees are charged.
