This program provides guidance and application support for individuals looking to enroll in public health insurance and financial aid programs. Case managers and navigators help with completing enrollment forms, submitting documents, and renewing applications for programs such as Medi-Cal, Covered California, CalFresh, and CalWORKs.
Intake Process: Please call to schedule an appointment or initiate intake.
Fees: Charges vary based on insurance status. For those without health insurance, please contact us for information regarding payments on a sliding fee scale.
