The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally supported initiative aimed at assisting eligible households in Colorado with a portion of their winter heating expenses.
Application Process: You can apply online or download a paper application from the website to submit at your local DHS office, or you may mail/email it to your county for processing. Additionally, you can call to request a mailed application, apply by phone, or obtain further details.

- To qualify, applicants must be permanent legal residents of the United States and Colorado, or have a household member who meets this criterion.
