The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally funded initiative designed to assist eligible households in Colorado with a portion of their heating expenses during the winter months.
Application Process: You can apply online or download a paper application from the website to submit at your local DHS office or send via mail/email to your county for processing. You may also call to request a paper application by mail, apply over the phone, or obtain further information.
