Application Process: Interested individuals should call for further details and must complete an application form.
Location: The processing of LEAP applications is handled by Goodwill of Colorado, located at LEAP, P.O. Box 39200, Colorado Springs, CO 80949, or via email at leaphelp@goodwillcolorado.org.
