This federally supported initiative aims to aid qualifying low-income households in managing a portion of their winter heating expenses from November 1st to April 30th.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for further details and will be required to fill out an application.
Travel/Location: Applications for the LEAP program are handled by Goodwill of Colorado, located at LEAP, P.O. Box 39200, Colorado Springs, CO 80949, or via email at leaphelp@goodwillcolorado.org.
