The CSBG Program is designed to support low and very low-income families and individuals residing in Fremont, Custer, Chaffee, and Lake Counties.
Intake Process: Applications can be obtained at the specified location or online; applicants should bring the necessary documents listed on the first page of the application. If you have no household income, a zero income statement, which is also available online, must be completed. Residents of Custer County can apply at the Custer County Department of Human Services located at 205 S 6th St, Westcliffe, CO 81252.
