This initiative provides housing and supportive services for individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and chronic homelessness. It also includes specific housing options for homeless veterans and their families.
Intake Process: To qualify for an appointment, individuals must complete the VI-SPDAT housing survey.
Location: The VI-SPDAT can be administered at Homeward Pikes Peak or at other affiliated nonprofit organizations.
