This program offers assistance to pregnant individuals who are tobacco users or who have stopped smoking within the last three months, including during pregnancy.
Intake Procedure: Complete the registration form available on the website.
Travel/Location: After the registration form is submitted, staff will reach out to individuals within 3 to 5 business days to arrange the first appointment.

- To qualify, individuals must reside in the service area and be either pregnant at 36 weeks gestation or less, or a partner living in the same household.
