This federally funded initiative aims to support qualifying low-income households in managing their winter heating expenses during the period from November 1st to April 30th.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for further details. Applicants are required to fill out an application form.
Travel/Location: Applications for LEAP are handled by Goodwill of Colorado, located at P.O. Box 39200, Colorado Springs, CO 80949, or via email at leaphelp@goodwillcolorado.org.
