This service provides mental health counseling for various groups including couples, families, and individuals. It specializes in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and support for highly sensitive individuals. Additionally, it offers 10-week virtual dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) groups throughout the year.
Intake Procedure: To begin, contact a Care Coordinator via phone or email to undergo an intake assessment and arrange an appointment.
