This program provides assistance to pregnant individuals who currently use tobacco or have stopped within the last three months during their pregnancy.
Intake Procedure: Go to the website to fill out the registration form.
Travel/Location: Once the registration form is submitted, staff will reach out to individuals within 3 to 5 business days to arrange an initial appointment.

- To qualify, individuals must: live in the service area, be pregnant and at most 36 weeks along, or be a partner residing in the same household.
