Nurses conduct home visits to assist first-time mothers from pregnancy until their child turns two years old. The services provided include fostering healthy habits during pregnancy, enhancing parenting confidence, ensuring a safe home environment, connecting families to healthcare, childcare, and additional resources, as well as helping to set and accomplish family goals.
