This program provides affordable public health insurance aimed at children and pregnant women whose household income is too high to qualify for Health First Colorado (the Medicaid program in Colorado) but too low to afford private health insurance.
Application Process: Individuals can apply online at connectforhealthco.com. The website also allows users to download a paper application, which can be submitted in person or sent via mail/email to the county for processing. For those who prefer, they can call to request a paper application by mail, apply over the phone, or get further information.
