Offers both inpatient and outpatient treatment services for Veterans struggling with drug or alcohol dependency. These services encompass counseling, group therapy, and medication management.
Intake Procedure: Veterans enrolled in VA Health Care can either walk in or call for additional information. For enrollment, please contact (877) 222-8387.

- Individuals enrolling in VA Health Care must provide: Copy of DD214 or other discharge documents Copy of any VA disability award letters Income information from the previous calendar year (required for individuals with a 0% VA disability rating or non-service-connected veterans) Copy of current ID cards for other health coverage, including: Medicare Medicaid Tricare Private health insurance Other documentation as requested
