The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally supported initiative that assists eligible households in Colorado with a portion of their winter heating expenses.
Application Process: You can apply online, download a paper application from the website, or visit your local MCDHS office to complete a paper application in person. Alternatively, you can call to receive a paper application by mail or contact LEAP directly for phone applications or further inquiries.
