This service provides non-emergency medical transportation within the City of Cortez and extends up to 12 miles beyond, covering areas such as Mancos to Cortez, Mancos to Dolores, Dove Creek, and Durango.
Intake Procedure: To schedule a ride, call at least 48 hours in advance or check the website for additional details.
Travel/Location: For trips to Dove Creek and Durango, reservations must be made two weeks ahead of time.
