The clinic offers an extensive range of services, including X-rays, laboratory tests, drug screening collection, alcohol breathalyzer tests, well care exams, point-of-care medications, and health care for all age groups. Additional services include behavioral health, uranium medical services, DOT exams, insurance exams, workers' compensation care, chronic care management, patient health navigation, and urgent care during office hours. They also provide diabetic retinopathy tele-screening, VA Choice, home visits for those with physical limitations, cavity prevention programs, a regional medical shuttle (offered by All Points Transit), vaccines for uninsured children, an annual drive-through flu clinic, and assistance with state insurance applications (Medicaid, CHP+, and Colorado Indigent Care Plan).
