This initiative provides assistance to pregnant individuals who are either current tobacco users or have stopped using it within three months prior to or during their pregnancy.
Intake Procedure: To begin, please visit the website and fill out the registration form.
Travel/Location: Once the registration form is submitted, staff will reach out to individuals within 3 to 5 business days to arrange an initial appointment.

- To qualify, individuals must reside in the service area and be either pregnant at 36 weeks gestation or less or be a partner living in the same household.
