This initiative offers financial support for vision needs to low-income adults, contributing up to $250 for eyeglasses and vision examinations. Additionally, it helps individuals access services such as regular eye check-ups, appointments with low-vision specialists, assistive technology, adaptive aids, transportation, homemaker services, caregiver support, home assessments, and skills training for those recently diagnosed.
