The services focus on leading assessments of the strengths and needs of older adults within the community, facilitating strategic planning and execution, and managing funds allocated from the Older Americans Act and the Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP). The goal is to help seniors remain independent and live healthier lives in their own communities as they age.
