This program provides financial support to residents for managing their energy bills. Eligible energy sources include electricity, natural gas, coal, firewood, kerosene, propane, oil, and pellets. Assistance can be requested once for each energy type, with a maximum of two sources allowed during the grant period.

Travel/Location: It is strongly advised to apply or have previously applied for LEAP between November 1st and April 30th.
