This initiative provides food support to individuals and families with low income by aiding in the expenses associated with buying food. It aims to enhance a household's nutritional intake for the month.
Intake Procedure: Applicants can either call or visit in person to obtain an application.
Travel/Location: After submitting the application, individuals can schedule an interview at the Food Assistance Office. In some instances, the Food Assistance worker may conduct the interview on the same day. If the application is mailed, the office will reach out to arrange an appointment, which can be held in person or via phone.
