This initiative delivers a range of support to veterans in collaboration with partner organizations, including help with securing benefits, housing case management and search assistance, emergency financial aid, employment and career guidance, healthcare navigation, and community resource navigation. Additionally, there is a drop-in center available for veterans to rest, shower, eat, and access clothing.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can either call or visit to arrange an eligibility screening.

- Available to veterans and their families in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties.

- Individuals must provide a copy of DD214 or Veteran Benefits card. If the client is unhoused, they must provide proof of staying at a shelter and proof of income.
