This program provides non-emergency medical transportation aimed at assisting seniors and individuals with disabilities. It facilitates rides for accessing non-emergency medical appointments within Meeker and in nearby locations such as Craig, Grand Junction, Rifle, and Steamboat Springs.
Intake Procedure: To arrange a ride, individuals should call ahead. Rides within the town require a 24-hour notice, while those going out of town need to be scheduled at least one week in advance.
