The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally supported initiative aimed at assisting qualifying low-income families with a portion of their winter heating expenses.
Application Process: You can apply online or download a paper application from the website to submit at your local DHS office or send via mail/email to your county for processing. You may also call to request a paper application by mail, apply over the phone, or obtain further details.

- To qualify, applicants must be permanent legal residents of the United States and Colorado, or have a household member who meets these criteria.
