This program assists individuals who have suffered from emotional, physical, or sexual abuse by providing essential services and support. Available offerings include a crisis hotline (covering Telluride, Norwood, and Nucla/Naturita), emergency shelter, financial aid, personal and legal advocacy, help with victim compensation applications, short-term counseling, support groups, translation services, and referrals to other community resources. Additionally, prevention education is provided.
To access these services, individuals can call for further information or to receive crisis intervention.
