This initiative provides assistance to pregnant individuals who either currently use tobacco or have ceased usage within the last three months before or during their pregnancy.
Intake Procedure: Complete the registration form available on the website.
Travel/Location: Once the registration form is submitted, staff will reach out to individuals within 3 to 5 business days to arrange an initial appointment.

- To qualify, individuals must reside in the service area and be pregnant at 36 weeks gestation or less, or be a partner living in the same household.
