The services focus on leading assessments to identify the strengths and needs of older adults in the area. They facilitate strategic planning and execution, manage funds allocated from the Older Americans Act and the Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP), and assist older adults in staying independent and healthier as they age in place. Additionally, they provide support to Medicare beneficiaries and individuals of any age residing in long-term care facilities. For more information, please call.
