The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally supported initiative that assists qualifying households in Colorado with a portion of their winter heating expenses.
Application Process: You can apply online or download a paper application from the website to submit at your local DHS office or send via mail/email to your county for processing. You may also call to obtain a mailed application, apply by phone, or seek additional information.
