Elevated Community Health

This service provides a variety of behavioral health therapies, such as individual and couples counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, somatic processing therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and pediatric behavioral health. The clinical services are designed to tackle issues through trauma-informed care, addressing concerns like depression and mood disorders, anxiety and stress, suicide prevention and crisis support, life transitions and adjustments, new diagnoses and chronic pain, relationship and family issues, as well as substance use and recovery support.
