The Energy Outreach Colorado program provides utility assistance to families facing overdue bills from Xcel Energy and Atmos Energy.
Intake Process: Contact us for further details and to undergo an assessment.
Availability: Support is provided from October 1 to September 30. Eligible family households may consist of adults living with relatives, roommates, or other members, while single-person households do not qualify.
