This resource is open to everyone, including caregivers, family members, individuals living with dementia, or anyone seeking information, with no membership or fees required. When you reach out, trained professionals, including licensed social workers and dementia care specialists, can assist with: Information and Education •Insights into Alzheimer’s and other dementias •Details on symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment options •Advice on memory care and available local resources Emotional Support •Discussing feelings of stress, grief, or caregiver burnout •Crisis counseling for caregivers or family members Practical Help •Connecting you to nearby support groups and respite care •Assisting with financial, legal, or care-planning decisions •Providing tips for daily caregiving challenges (safety, behavior changes, communication, etc.) Referral and Follow-Up •If necessary, they can refer you to local Alzheimer’s Association chapters or community services, with some cases receiving follow-up support from trained staff.
