This program provides case management specifically for pregnant and postpartum women facing substance use challenges. Specialized case managers assist by coordinating care between pregnancy and behavioral health providers, connecting individuals to recovery resources, and offering education and support throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. Participation in case management is voluntary, and the service is available at no cost to pregnant and postpartum women enrolled in Idaho Medicaid, as well as their children.
