Child Support Services are designed for families where children live apart from one or both parents. These services can assist in several ways: 1) Finding parents. 2) Establishing paternity, which is the legal recognition of a father-child relationship. 3) Creating or modifying a court order for child support and/or medical support. 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments. 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is required, with additional charges for specific services like legal assistance. The Regional Child Support Program is managed by the Division of Welfare. For issues related to the Idaho Family Support Card, including card replacement, usage problems, activation, PIN changes, balance inquiries, or transaction disputes, contact JP Morgan Customer Support. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Intake Procedure: Fill out a written application and, if possible, provide copies of any relevant orders.
