Habitat For Humanity - Boise Valley

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization that collaborates with local communities to construct affordable homes. These homes are sold to individuals in need without profit and without interest. To qualify as a Habitat Family, applicants must meet certain criteria: their current housing situation must be inadequate and they should not be able to secure suitable housing through other avenues; they must be spending a significant portion of their monthly income on housing; their income must align with the HUD annual income guidelines; they should have lived or worked in Canyon County for at least a year; they must be capable of making zero-interest monthly mortgage payments; they should be prepared to contribute between 300 to 500 hours of volunteer work, known as
