The agency delivers advocacy, educational resources, information, and assistance in navigating systems for parents of children diagnosed with mental health conditions. It aids in maneuvering through Health and Welfare, Juvenile Justice, and Education systems, specifically for children aged 0-17. The agency provides support groups and opportunities for youth participation in an after-school program located in Boise. It is important to note that the agency does not offer clinical services such as evaluations, diagnoses, counseling, medication management, or IBI and PSR services. For individuals aged 18 and older, referrals to adult mental health services or NAMI are recommended. The agency cannot assist with parenting classes, housing, or food assistance. Services are available in English and Spanish by appointment.
