Docket® is an application that allows users to search Idaho’s Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS) by entering basic demographic details such as name, date of birth, and sex to retrieve immunization record information on a mobile device. Verification of phone numbers is mandatory. The app shows vaccination history for individuals whose identities have been confirmed through the Docket® app, but it is not a vaccine passport. Currently, the Docket® app supports a QR code for COVID-19 vaccinations. Individuals aged 18 and over with a vaccine record in IRIS can utilize the Docket® app to check their own immunization records or those of a minor child or vulnerable adult for whom they are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative. The Docket® app is useful for sharing immunization records during events like school or child care registration.
