This program supports residents in need of repairs related to safety, accessibility, energy efficiency, emergencies, and weatherization for their homes. Eligibility criteria include having an income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, residing within the Meridian city limits, owning and living in the property, and needing specific improvements such as accessibility modifications, emergency repairs, or weatherization services.
