Pathway Of Hope

Pathway of Hope is a long-term case management initiative that supports program participants for a duration of up to 18 months. Participants collaborate with a case manager to establish objectives aimed at breaking the cycle of generational poverty. They will follow a tailored case plan that addresses their family's specific needs, which may include budgeting, enhancing income, and altering mindsets and beliefs to foster new behaviors. Additionally, participants will engage in the Getting Ahead in a Gettin' by World program, a 12-week intensive course that encourages clients to explore their lives and the culture of poverty. This program provides clients with the opportunity to believe in themselves and set actionable goals for a better future.
