Quit With Nancy Tobacco Cessation Program

Nancy Caspersen, RN, is a Tobacco Cessation Specialist and former smoker who leads a program that is both engaging and informative. She brings concepts to life and makes learning enjoyable, guiding tobacco users through the hidden truths of tobacco products while showcasing effective quitting methods. Her goal is to inspire both teens and adults to quit permanently by fostering a strong desire to take control of their health and well-being by eliminating tobacco use. With over 27 years of experience and insights from the Mayo Clinic’s Nicotine Dependence Center, Nancy has assisted more than 16,000 tobacco users. She collaborates with individuals and businesses to offer valuable tobacco education and effective quitting strategies for e-cigarette, cigarette, and spit tobacco users. Free community classes are available at three St. Alphonsus Hospital locations (registration can be done online). Additional paid services include an 8-Module Online Course, an 8-Hour DVD Set with Workbook, Personal One-On-One Phone Coaching, On-Site Employee Wellness Programs, Nurse Facilitator Training, Consulting, Continuing Education for Professionals, and Speaking Engagements.
