This program provides a range of Social Security benefits such as retirement, survivor benefits, disability, and Medicare, along with Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSI delivers monthly payments to individuals who are blind, disabled, or aged 65 and older with limited income. For assistance with Extra Help or Low Income Subsidy, please call (800) 772-1213. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
