St. Luke's Rehabilitation Hospital-Boise

This program accommodates individuals of all ages. To qualify, participants must be medically stable, show potential for improvement, have no signs of contagious diseases, understand the funding source or have made necessary arrangements, and possess a tentative discharge plan. A physician's order is needed for most services. The program includes intensive and subacute multi-disciplinary rehabilitation, offering a comprehensive range of physical and cognitive rehabilitative services, along with family education/support and discharge planning. Outpatient services are also provided, such as clinical evaluations and hearing aid assistance. Language support is available through the AT&T Language Line.
