The Women of Color Alliance (WOCA) is committed to celebrating cultural diversity by providing mutual support, developing leadership skills, and empowering Women of Color. Our mission focuses on creating a just social, political, and economic environment to enhance the lives of all Women of Color. The vision for WOCA originated from discussions in 1998 among Latina, Native American, African American, and Asian women, initially aimed at finding ways to support each other in a conservative state. In Idaho, public policy makers often overlook the significance of people of color, especially women of color. Partnering with WOCA signifies your commitment to advocating for women like yourself. You will connect with inspiring individuals who have already embarked on this journey and are eager to assist others who share similar backgrounds. Everyone is invited to visit our office to share experiences, receive support, volunteer, or engage in any manner that contributes back to the community.
