Youth Empowerment Services - Yes

An independent assessor is tasked with evaluating eligibility for the YES system. Youth Empowerment Services (YES) is specifically designed to support Idaho youth experiencing serious emotional disturbances (SED). A component of the YES system is the Medicaid YES Program, which allows access to Medicaid for youth whose family income may disqualify them from standard Medicaid eligibility. If you wish to apply for this program and are not currently enrolled in Medicaid, you should contact Liberty Healthcare at (208) 258-7980 to arrange an assessment to check if your youth has SED. Should your youth be found to have SED, the subsequent step will be to apply for Medicaid.
